Audio Problems with Breakout rooms

We have started having two problems with the audio in breakout rooms.

1: Students in one breakout room will hear intermittent audio from students in another breakout room.

2: After ending the breakout sessions and returning everyone to the main room some users can hear everyone in the main room, but if they speak then only those who were in their breakout session can hear them.

Has anyone else had these issues or heard of them?

Are you using VoIP for all Audio?

Yes, no bridging.  But I had the users clear their cache and that seems to solved the problem.

I have had problems when returning to the main room from breakout.  There was feedback thru out the  system.  The fix was for the host to run the  audio setup wizard again to get the advance setttings to kickin again.
