Message "Not Readry" when i want to configure Connect

Hi,
I want to reinstall Adobe Connect on the new server. All are ok. But when i want to connect to meet from localhost, it's not working. I want to return to configure Adobe Connect but I have the following message "Not Ready". I retry with stop/start services but it's not working.

I have also ran into this issue, rebooting the server has worked for me

I do not know if this is related but I was receiving this message as well.  Found out that my import/export of the database was not working correctly.  I ended up detaching the database on the old server, copy and paste to the new server and attached the database.
