Manager enrolling employees
Is there any way to add the ability for all managers in an organization to enroll their direct-reports into Connect courses?
We'd rather not make all managers "Training Managers" within Connect

Not a good way that I know of.
You can make then Administrators or Limited Administrators, which is really not what you want to do though, because they would have too much permissions.
Or you can grant them Manage permissions on the folder, but its essentially the same as making them a Training Manager.
