How do I find out the sign up URL for a course which I can pass on to my employees.

Are you referring to enrollment within a course so that these employees are tracked by the system?

Yes.  All I want to do is give the URL to the employees and when they click the URL, they can do a self-enrollment and their progress can be tracked.

These employees are added as users of the system.

You would need to use either an events tool (one from Connect or a 3rd party tool) that allows self registration or use the Training Catalog on the home page of the Connect server. From there you would give out the link to the registration page or the URL to your Connect server.
