Hosting

I have read that self-hosting a Connect service is cost-prohibitive. Is this true? I will be using Acrobat Connect and Captivate for the training session. Can anyone refer me to a subscription service? I need to get some quotes on cost of hosting. I am located in Boston area.

You can find all of the purchase options for Connect Pro (both hosted by Adobe and hosted on premise by a customer) are here:

If you are just wanting to get started with a single event to try out, your best options would be to sign up for a trial or to pursue a monthy or pay per use model.  I suggest you get in touch with a sales person who can help you sort through the various options and help ensure your event is a success.

If you call Adobe you will be directed to one of the resellers of Connect and any of us can help you find the right solution for the right cost.

As a point of warning, the monthly or pay per use option will end up costing you more if you use it for any extended period of time.
