Talk Button doesn't appear

I have a student who is using Firefox and when she attends a meeting she see and hears everything but the talk button doesn't show up.

She has reinstalled flash and the connect pro add in and still no talk button.

Any suggestions.

Does the user have the correct permissions in the meeting room? Meaning, has she been promoted to Presenter, or have Enhanced Participant Rights for the Camera and Voice Pod?

She definitely has enhanced rights and we can see the microphone by her name.

Does the Host of the meeting room have VoIP enabled properly, or is it set to 'Voice Off', as seen below:

To get to this option, the Host must press the drop-down arrow to the immediate right of the 'Hold to Talk' and 'Hands-free' buttons.

If the Host does not have VoIP enabled properly in the meeting room, then any Presenters or Participants with Enhanced Participant Rights will be unable to use the VoIP feature. If that's the case and the Host needs to enable the VoIP properly, and switch to either 'Voice On - Multiple Speakers' or 'Voice On - One Speaker'.

The VOIP is on because others are using it in the meeting and it is set to Multiple Speakers.

Has the Participant gone through the 'Audio Setup Wizard' to have her microphone identified properly?

She has gone through the audio wizard set up and even selected her microphone.

Unfortunately I'm at a stand-still.

Let me do a little research and get back to you on this. Hopefully, others here may come up with a solution in the meantime.

Would it be possible to post a screenshot of what she sees?  This might give clues into what is going on or troubleshooting ideas.

The student was not going through the entire audio wizard setup, once she completed the audio wizard set up the talk button showed up.
