If you want to create a report on how a training group are doing on a number of different courses you can go to reports > learner > group. After that you can add or remove data fields like:
- Number Complete
- Number in progress
- Number not started

But how do you get access to data on people who PASSED a course?

Found a workaround:

Download the report and open in Excel:

Then some simple math:
"Number-enrolled" > minus "Number-complete" > minus "Number-incomplete" > minus "Number-not-taken" = Number of Passed students.

It's also a matter of concept understanding. AICC (and SCORM) operates with 2 different options:

Complete/Incomplete - report whether the learnes has viewed a certaing amount of content
Pass/Fail - report whether the learners have passed a certain score - typically 80% to pass

You can only choose one of the other in the Quiz Manager under the Reporting tab.
