Saved Recordings of inactive accounts

Hi there,

I had an account from March till June 2020. After that, I did not prolong the trial period.
I made several recordings of meetings which I would like to access now.

How is it possible to get an inactive account back?
Are the recordings stored there?

There is an off chance that you could pay to have an account activated and use the data from your trial account, but there is no guarantee that Adobe didn't wipe that data at this point. You would need to talk to a reseller to see if it is even possible.
