Download recorded meeting with the high resolution

Hi,

I've recorded my meeting by the help of Adobe Connect. Now I need to download that video, Adobe provides a solution through the "Make Offline" button but when I tried that, I realized that the quality of the video is not good enough. Does someone have any suggestions how to get video from Adobe Connect with the high resolution.

The offline copy isn't created until you you click the "Make Offline" button.  At that point, it will use the resolution of your display (i.e. 1024x768) to create the recording.

If you want a higher resolution, you can increase the resolution of your display.

    When you say the quality isn't good enough, what are you refering to, and what is your expectation of what the quality should be?

Try to make the recording on a desktop machine with a hi-res monitor - this will usually be higher resolution than you can get on a laptop.

Make sure you have the window sized as large as it can go.
