Media Encoder Settings

Hey all--

In our Connect rooms, we use short videos, about 2 - 4 minutes in length. I've had various degrees of success with the compression that both keeps a good looking video, but is either too big, or overly compressed which looks like a potato.

Who's up for sharing their Adobe Media Encoder settings for the best balanced video?

My starting point for videos in Connect is

720 X 480
600-800 kbps
30 FPS
