Broadcasting VoIP audio through telephony-based conferencing

Hi there folks,

I've been trying to understand if there's a way to broadcast VoIP audio (namely, a youtube video embedded in Adobe Presenter) through a telephony-based videoconferencing. I know the other way around is possible (through Universal Voice, from what I could read), but I'm locked in with the telephony-based solution. Is there any way to make this work?

To sum it up :

Participants will dial-in with their phones.
Speaker will be broadcasting though a telephone.
The presentation includes a Youtube video embedded in Adobe Presenter

Will the audio of the youtube video be heard by participants? If not, is there a workaround that doesn't involve switching to VoIP broacasting?

Thanks a lot for your help and insight,

No, the audio from the video will not play through a telephone bridge (fully integrated or Universal Voice). There are a few solutions out there, but the one like the best is a device from JK Audio called a THAT-2. It can be used to Connect your computer to a phone line and you can broadcast your computer audio over the phone. The sync may not be exact with the video, but it the least patchwork solution out there.

You can find them on Amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/JK-Audio-THAT-2/dp/B003D82WKC/
