Adobe Connect Audio Issue with Breakout Room

Hello.

We had an instructor set up participants in breakout rooms. The participants could hear each other and our tech producer visited rooms and could hear participants. Our instructor could not hear the participants.

Everyone is using VOIP.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be occurring?
