Breakouts Cause Connectivity Issues
This has happened for the last three weeks.
All the participants were outside the U.S. had very good connections to start off with. We used system audio throughout. Later however we had endless problems with Adobe connect because the video seemed to be freezing at every given opportunity.
It usually happened straight after going into, or coming out of a breakout room.

Are the users using the App? That has better video support.
Was it on-demand or live video?
Is your account based on a US server cluster or is it in the EMEA or APAC cluster?
Did you contact Adobe Support about the issue?
