I can not solve the problem, for one user when saving a video, nothing happens. I checked from different computers, under the administrator. Everywhere the same thing, Click Recordings and Make Offline after the window for selecting the quality of the video file appears and after nothing happens.
Checked from other users they all work.

Could be a hardware conflict/setting issue. I'd work with the Support team at Connect.
