Saving offline recordings
I just ran across an odd issue. I'm trying to save some recordings to MP4 out of Adobe Connect, which I have done successfully in the past. This time it launches in the Add-In and goes through the prompts, but when I click the "Proceed with Offline Recording" button nothing happens. The settings window stays up, and it acts like I didn't click it. Any ideas? This is on Windows 7, and we're on the latest self-hosted Connect version and I just did a fresh install of the add-in before attempting recordings. I just checked and it works fine on a mac.

When I see issues like this, it is usually a browser or firewall setting. Try using an alternate browser and see if you get a better result.
