Report Will Not Display Attendee Names

I've been running Adobe Connect session reports for the last few years and I always save the attendance report in Excel for my records. A session I ran on June 28 showed 104 unique attendees and, as usual, the first and last name of those attendees and the time they spent in the session were displayed in the table below the session summary.

I've held two sessions in Adobe Connect since then (July 10, July 26). When I run the report the session summary is showing 75 unique attendees for July 10 and 39 for July 26, but in the table below the only row appearing is a record of my attendance. So the report is only showing my name as host. Where are the rows of attendees in these reports (Last name, first name, first entry time, last exit time, etc.)?
