Recording won´t work

When I go to Meeting -> record meeting a pop-up window with recording name and summary appears. It says "Summary description too long", when I leave the summary description blank, adding in a summary still brings up the same error message. And the recording won´t start. Any ideas how to tackle this problem? We are using Adobe Connect 9.7 b

This sounds like something that needs to be addressed on Connect's back end.
