Course Reports - by Answer - No usable download data - What happened?

I have often used the downloading of participant answers as a gauge of question effectiveness  and clarity,  and used open comment box to collect participant feedback from users.

Now I get NO information.  Adobe still tracks how many people got which question right or wrong, but I can no longer view or download open comments.  This has become useless?
Where did it go.

The new release seems to have caused many issues, not resolved any.

I use Articulate to create courses. Always have since 2009.  Our company supports the IE11 browser only!

Am I suddenly doing something wrong here, or is this yet another problem caused by the most recent upgrade?
