Excessive clicks in Adobe Connect audio

Just finished a webinar, and the clicking was excessive and disruptive. All participant lines were muted and the presenters switched from a wireless hands-free device to a land line telephone to no effect. Integrated audio (conference line and voip).

Any idea what could be causing that and what I can do about it next time?

Without hearing the sound it's hard to diagnose.

Could you see an indication as to who was causing the additional noise (clicking)? The Attendees pod can show who is actively broadcasting audio. I'd start there. It may have been someone on the line that was having a technical issue with their phone, since changing the speakers audio didn't make a difference.
