Scheduling system for Connect Meetings and Seats?
Can anyone share what they are using to schedule your Connect Meetings with respect to your seat licenses?
We are a College that is currenlty making Connect available to Faculty to conduct online webinars and office hours. We have a limited number of seats and need to have an online scheduling system that will allow us to schedule multiple simulatneous meetings but keep track of total seats. Can anyone recommnend a web based scheduling or calendering software that they are using for this purpose?

Re: Scheduling system for Connect Meetings and Seats?
I've seen people using Outlook and Microsoft Exchange to do this. They simply create a "resource" in the system - exactly like a physical conference room with a particular capacity. Users can then reserve this resource just as they would a real conference room. When another person goes to schedule a meeting at the same time they would see that the "seats" were being used and would therefore know to choose a different time. Of course there's no way to prevent users from abusing the system and using the seats without a reservation - but at least you'd be able to view the reports and see who the culprits were.
The only other solution would be to purchase a Connect Seminar Room. These are rooms that have a specific capacity that you cannot exceed - once you have reached capacity anyone trying to get in will be informed that the room is at capacity and to try again later.
I hope this helps,
