During meeting, we lost image

It happened often these days, after about 20, 40 or 80 minutes, the shared screen was lost and most of the time the meeting conversation still can be heard.

We use adobe connect as teaching module in Moodle environment. The teacher in classroom present and share Powerpoint by using Adobe Connect screen share function, and techniciens record the meeting then put it online.

Anybody know the problem is? We checked connection is good, add-in and flash is ok. Can't figure out more other reasons could cause this problem. Thanks for every answer and suggestion!
