Trouble moving meeting room into My Templates folder

We are running 9.5  I have created a meeting with a layout that I want to be available to myself as a template.  I can get to the stage where I go through the 'Move' process  and get to selecting the folder to move to: User Meetings - [my username] - My Templates but when I click the Move button I get:

Not Found

The selected resource does not exist.

The meeting stays in my user meeting folder (User Meetings - [my username])

The same happens if I try to move the meeting into the Shared Templates folder.

I have manager permissions for my user meeting folder.

Anyone got any ideas?  Thanks in advance :-)

You should reach out to Adobe Connect Support. They should be able to review your instance of Connect and provide a fix.
