Unable to load the videos on adobe connect
Hi Team,
We have an issue connecting to adobe connect meetings, our clients has done the meeting already and they uploaded the video on adobe connect.
While we try to access the recordings the video is not loading. Timer shows that it's playing, within few seconds it will come back to the first and trying to play the video again.
Adobe connectivity test is getting passed.
Issue is same on the any version of flash player.
Kindly help me to fix the issue.

Have Adobe Support review the recording(s) and see if they can identify a cause of the playback issues.
