Q&A Pod greyed out

I'm currently unable to add a Q&A to a meeting; the selection is greyed out with a check mark in front of the Pod name. I eliminated all of my previous meetings, started from scratch and it is still not available. I have used the Q&A before and know it has to be linked to a Chat window.
Our account is a hosted account.

So you aren't able to add a Q&A pod to a newly created meeting room?

Did you use a template when you created the meeting rooms you are having issues in? Does the template work ?

Does anyone else on your account have the same issue?

I'm sorry to have bothered you with this question. I found that I was trying to add the Q&A to a page like any other Pod and you have to do it in the Presenter "prep" area. All is well thank you and what a great product.
