Adobe Connect Meeting - Not opening correctly

We are currently experiencing a problem for some of our Adobe connect users.

When they go to open their existing adobe connect meeting (click on URL), the meeting room opens but only displays the title bar, no menu items, icons or pods are available. This only happens for some of their meetings, other meeting rooms open as normal. They can create new meetings which open as normal.

Just interested to know if anyone else is experiencing anything similar over the last couple of days?

Hi Philip,

I'm having the same problem with one of the meeting rooms we have configured.
It opens in the addin but the room remains all grey without pods or buttons.

One thing I have done is create a temporary room with the same host and it works well.

Yes that is what our users were also experiencing, we are checking with Adobe what possibly could be causing issue

I found on the Adobe website that there was maintenance carried on Adobe connect on 03/08/2017
Adobe Connect - Maintenance #43444 was completed.
Maintenance was completed for the following:
Meeting (NA1, NA2, NA6, NA8, NA9, AR, NA12)

Would anyone know what codes NA1...etc represent.. (possibly be regions)
