AEE Class Recording Hangs on Connecting Screen
Hi everyone
As the subject says, whenever I try to view any recording shared on the AEE, I get the grey connecting screen, the progress bar fills, but then nothing. I've left it for ages and nothing ever loads. This only seems to be on my work (University) computer. It is the same in all browsers. I've tried making sure Flash is up to date and have added the Connect Add-in. The support team couldn't recreate the issue so had no solution, so I'm here in the vague hope someone else might have experienced this.

It sounds like the firewall settings on your work laptop are blocking traffic over port 1935. Could you check with the IT department and see if that is the case. If it is, could they allow traffic over port 1935 from the Connect account you are using?
