meetign license quota related

Hi,

Assume we have 100 licenses.

The Adobe Connect Pro meetings dont allow setting the maximum number of attendees that can be allowed into one meeting? Is there any company which will give us that for purchase?

Also then We want to have the ability to see how many licenses are available for use when we schedule a meeting. This is not available "as is" in the product. What Adobe offers is a report query facility to see the total number of meeting hosts.

But What we need is a software that pulls information realtime from the Adobe Connect Pro Enterprise Server and then uses the information when a meetign is scheduled during the same time/date ? This is just so that we dont end up with meetign license contention.

Thanks in adavnce for your time!

There are a couple of ways to purchase licensing for Connect. You are asking for a concurrent user model, not the named organizer model.

Feel free to email me for more clarification if you would like.

Your other option may be something called burst packs.

Burst packs are basically overage minutes on a meeting room.  You can buy a pack of 5,000 minutes.  Instead of a participant getting an error message when a room is at capacity, the participant (or several participants as the case may be) is able to attend the meeting.  If the participant spends 30 minutes in the meeting room, then 30 minutes are subtracted from your overage minutes.  There are reports that can show you how many minutes have been used, how many remain, and which meeting rooms are going over capacity.
