Cannot Hear Audio After Publishing Captivate File

When piecing together the presentation in Captivate, I can hear the audio just fine (it's imported from another source)...but when I publish it as an HTML file, the audio disappears.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? All the settings appear to be "on" for audio.
Help!

I have the same problem! In preview mode the sound works fine but once published the sound stops at about midway in the presentation.

When I first published the presentation it worked. Now when I updated it makes problems. Can anyone help me?

Super Secret Solution

Try coping all the slides of the project and pasting them into a new blank project and see if that resolves the issue. This has always resolved audio issues that I have had in Cp3.

After experimenting I resolved the issue by shortening EVERY slide in the project to mach the duration of its audio. For example if a slide is 3 sec. long but the audio is only 2 sec. I matched the 2.

Doing so it resolved the issue with 2 projects I was working on.
