A complete empty room (with admin&host-right)
hi there,
one of our room gone complete useless and looks empty.
I don't understand why this could happen.
Has anyone an idea?

It looks like the room is on a layout that has no pods on it. It also appears that you are in the room as a Participant.
Under the Named Host licensing model (most commonly used with Connect) you must be a member of the Meeting Host group to 'activate' a meeting room and enable elevated rights and full access within the room. Being part of the Administrator group will not give these rights. So, while you are an Admin in Connect and can create meeting rooms, you cannot run them without being in the Meeting Host group.
