Issue with "Make Offline" function in Adobe Connect 9.5 (Named Host Pr

There is an issue with the "Make Offline" function in Adobe Connect 9.5 in Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition (we use a Named Host Pricing Model). I have the Adobe Connect Add-in installed. After clicking "Make Offline" for a recording in either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, I get this issue. I have tried "Make Offline" in Windows 10 Pro, and there is no issue with that. Can this issue be resolved? Thank you.

What version of the Add-in are you using? You can find this by either:

- Launch a meeting room > Open the Help menu in the top right hand corner > Select About Adobe Connect
- Open your add/remove programs tool from the control pannel. The version of the Add-in will be listed next to it there

Are the graphics drivers on your server up to date?
