Hello I need help to download the contents of the records of my meetings Adobe Connect Pro.
With the old version could very easily download content in FLV format
Now, however, and without warning , I found that you can download in MP4 format but I'm not enabled

You can download the recording in the same way you used to. Use the Make Offline option and you'll have the ablity to save the recording as FLV or MP4. There is no additional cost to you for this.

For a while Adobe offered server side conversions to MP4 at an additional cost, but there was not enough interest to continue offering this service. A third party, eSyncTraining, created their own solution and is now offering this function, but it is at an additional cost.

So, you should be able to create MP4 versions of your recordings now or you can reach out to eSyncTraining about there solution, which ever works best for you.
