SurveyMaker by ActiveC crashes Adobe Connect Addin
The Adobe Connect App SurveyMaker from Active C (http://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/apps/surveymaker.html) seems to be incompatible with the Adboe Connect Addin version WIN 11.9.976.291. I created a survey and when I hit the play button the Addin stopped responding and I had to force quit. I was then completely unable to launch my meeting without the Addin crashing on launch. It looks like the Survey tries to load, but never does, then just locks the entire application. A video capture can be seen here: https://youtu.be/4j56hL2jq-o
The only way to save my meeting was to login to the meeting as a host on a different machine that does not have the addin installed, and where the survey works fine, then delete the survey. I can now successfully log back into my meeting using the Addin.

You may want to reach out to ActiveC and see if they are aware of the issue and if they have a fix.
