Still audio problems in Connect Pro version 7 SP 1
We are on a licensed version and since upgrading to version 7 we had massive complaints about poor audio quality even leading to cancel meetings.
I found in other postings that there have been similar problems with version 7.
Now we have installed SP 1 and my question is if the general experience is that these problems have been solved.
I found various remarks on the enhanced audio features settings that if turned on cause these problems. Now they are by default disabled.
I wonder if this makes it any better.
If the problems persist is it advisable to go back to version 6?

Hi Kathrin,
Since upgrading to SP1, I have since used the VoIP feature and experienced no audio issues, either in the room or on meeting playback. We are on a Hosted platform, and none of my Licensed clients have informed me of any issues, either.
I believe that the issue has been rectified, at least based on my experiences.
