Moving FLV Files

I've created a sidebar talking head presentation and it looks fine.  I now want to move the FLV files that are stored in the "DATA" folder within the Presenter output to a different location but still have the sidebar video work properly.  I've changed the URL path to point to a new video location but its not working.  Anyone know where to go to modify the link so that the video can be disconnected from the overall presentation?
