Poor video frame rate from Macs using latest Connect add-in

It looks like Adobe released a new Connect add-in last week. We've discovered the following on multiple Macs running OS X 10.10 and 10.11 with plenty of available CPU and memory:

* With the old add-in (11.9.975.228), we're seeing good video with the expected frame rate (~15-20 fps)
* With the new add-in (11.9.976.291), we're seeing very low video frame rate (~1 frame/4 secs)

This seems to be linked to the add-in version. Computers that were sending excellent frame rate with the old add-in started sending extremely low frame rate immediately after installing the new add-in.

I'll open a ticket with Adobe support, but I was wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue and also if anyone knows of a location to download a ZIP version of old Connect add-ins (specifically, I'd like a ZIP installer for 11.9.975.228).

I was able to get the ZIP file of 11.9.975.228 directly from our Connect server. When I uninstalled 11.9.976.291 and again installed the older version, my video frame rate was fine. So I guess my only questions is: are other Mac users seeing this issue with the new add-in?

Same issue for me. Looking as well for the old version of the Connect add-in. The support chat could not provide me an option to download the old version. Would be great if somebody could share it with this forum.
