Changing the 'lock meeting' default

In short, can this be done? I am getting this checkbox checked by default:

Even if I change the meeting access to 'allow anyone with the URL to enter' it still locks by default. Is there a setting that would allow for users to make the meeting start 'unlocked'?

Hi There,

This lock meeting checkbox only appears when you have explicitly selected End Meeting from the Meeting menu or select Block Incoming Attendees from the Meeting > Manage Access & Entry.

If you were to leave your meeting simply by closing the window, the next time you return, it should not display this message and you should automatically be let into your room.
