Videos not loading for client

Hi,

We have a client that cannot load videos that are hosted on our adobe connect website. The videos are added on to our Moodle using the Adobe connect plugin. He is based in Singapore and on a computer is only seeing the loading bar but the video never loads. He does however say it works on his iPad.

The versions of his browser are:

•    Chrome: Version 42.0.2311.135 m
•    IE: Version 11.0.9600.18204

I was going to send him the connection test, is there anything I can suggest to make this work? I was also going to suggest to clear his cache and cookies but we don't want this to be a process that all the participants have to take when it comes to loading the videos.

Could this be a network issue?

What format are the video files in?

Hi,

They are uploaded on to Adobe connect as MP4.

I can view them fine as well as other clients. Only having a problem with this client in particular.
