Lag using top of the line computer, wired ethernet connection

I'm testing Adobe Connect. Been having lag issues when running the following all at once:

* Webcam
* Audio
* Whiteboard
* Recording

I am running a macbook air and have been having lag. My friend has a top of the line macbook pro. I tested on his, and still got lag.

Is this normal? I tested on chrome, safari, both in browser and using the add in. I'm going to have to use another program if this keeps up.

Check your meeting room at top right corner of the screen, you can find a connection status there. Also try running meeting with add-ins installed. Add-ins make lot of difference in Adobe Connect Meetings.

And if you are on a wireless connection, try using a hardwire connection.
