Overage Report

I'm trying to determine whose meeting resulted in overage charges.  The overage report is great, but it doesn't show the meeting name or meeting host name.

I can find meeting details by going into each individual user meeting report summary (by sessions) but it's really time consuming to match everything up.

Does anyone know where I can find ONE report that shows:

1) the meeting host name
2) the name of the meeting
3) the date the meeting took place
4) number of attendees (i.e. seats)

From there I should be able to reconcile the overage report pretty quickly.

As far as I know there aren't any built-in reports that have that kind of information in it. 

The data are in the database though.  A SQL query should be able to pull the data out for the report.
