Course development costs

We are trying to arrive at a reasonable payment for contractors developing course content for us using Adobe Presenter. They typically are instructors who have taught the course in a classroom setting and we are converting it to online delivery.

We would expect them to deliver PowerPoint slides and accompanying script, perhaps videos, or simple scenarios.

Does anyone have guidelines for payment of this sort of development?
