"soft" concurrent user limit
Can anybody tell me what happens, if anything, if the "soft" concurrent user limit is reached on the Connect server? Will the server not allow any more log on's? Will it crash?

Re: "soft" concurrent user limit
the message I would receive was something like: The server has reached its limit, please try logging in again later.
This is shown when participants try to log in to a meeting. This is a global, server setting, so affects all meetings.
The server will not crash.

Re: "soft" concurrent user limit
The number on the soft limit is the number of concurrent meeting attendees that your organization purchased. That is why you will get the,
"The server has reached its limit, please try logging in again later." message. If you find that that number is becoming too small contact your reseller and they should be able to up the number for you.

Re: "soft" concurrent user limit
The hard limit is a piece of a different licensing model. So I'm guessing your hard limit says 100 and the soft limit says 1000000000000 or something. The hard limit cannot be increased.
