Problem-Recorded meeting shows title graphic over screen that's shared
The shared screen shows for a second, then title graphic covers for whole recording. You can skip around the recording and the same effect occurs- so I know that the screen sharing was recorded.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

Re: Problem-Recorded meeting shows title graphic over screen that's shared
Hi,
Could you clarify by what you mean by "title graphic"? Would it be possible to share a screenshot or link to the recording?
Best,
David

It's the title screen that they created for the beginning of the session.
when load the session, I can see the screen sharing for a second, then this graphic covers for duration.
I can send ascreen shot, but can't figure out how to paste it in this forum.
thanks

Re: Problem-Recorded meeting shows title graphic over screen that's shared
The way it flashes briefly makes me think that the screen share pod is under a secondary share pod that contains the title graphic.
Was the title graphic uploaded to a different share pod that was the same size and placement of the screen share pod?

Re: Problem-Recorded meeting shows title graphic over screen that's shared
Offline recording does the same thing.
It does seem like there's a pod (same size) covering.
I can't find a way to edit the pods when they are recordings.
Any ideas?

Re: Problem-Recorded meeting shows title graphic over screen that's shared
Question about your recording. Was the slide that was used for the title graphic from PowerPoint being displayed on the desktop, or a slide that had been published with Presenter? I see that a computer screen looks to be getting shared out, but I am not 100% on that.
I have had instances where we showed slides on the computer rather than publishing them through Presenter, and though everything was fine during the presentation, but the recording showed similar behavior. Adobe could not identify the cause of the problem in my case. It started happening after SP3 with ACP 6, and I first saw it in Jan of this year. Once I realized the common thread with the problem (the use of power point for slides), I stopped showing slides on the desktop, used Presenter to publish the slides, and have not seen the problem since.
Note - you can also share the presentation iteself into Connect without Presenter and without sharing the desktop. This also has prevented the problem from showing up again.
Just a thought
Chris
