How does Presenter publish audio files to the Web?

Do the audio files publish as MP3's and then Presenter links to them when needed, or does Presenter publish an e-learning program file with the audio embedded as part of a single flash file?

Re: How does Presenter publish audio files to the Web?

Hi there,

Presenter actually publishes a series of different files that comprise a single "presentation".  For example, there is a SWF file created for each slide, XML files that include important information about the Presentation such as what order to play slides, slide titles, etc.

Slide audio files, which you asked about, are indeed converted to MP3.  If you publish a presentation to your computer (via the Publish dialog), you can access all of Presentation files, including the MP3 audio.

After your presentation is done converting, go to the presentation's data folder which can be found at:

My Documents\My Adobe Presentations\[presentation name]\data

Within this directory you'll see the MP3 files that contain presentation audio.

Hope that helps,
David
