Connect Error

Hey guys,

Our clients are getting more and more often this error message when attending a Connect meeting (that is, we use a shared account hosting on Adobe's server)

Alert title : PureCall
Alert description : A pure virtual function was called. This is a fatal error, and indicates a serious error im the implementation of the application.

I've searched everywhere for a solution to this error.

Anyone is getting the same error as us?

Are you using Acrobat Connect Pro?  I've never seen this error in ACP, but maybe you are using the "connectnow" service?
