Issue with polls and unstable connections

It appears that if a poll answers have been posted, and the connection isn't reliable, the poll answer results are multiplied by the number of connections made.  An example would be in one class I had 13 participants answering a multiple choice poll, but had 23 answers per choice.  What we have determined is that if someone loses their connection and reconnects to the class Adobe starts double counting their votes.
