AUDIO PLAYBACK THROUGH PCs...

Hello All,

Question on audio.

If i have integrated phones, the default seems to be to allow Microphones/Broadcast Telephony as Yes.

I know know I can disable them at the meeting room level, but can I disable/customize these globally?

We don't use the VoIP for microphone we are strictly phone users at this point. My phone users end up hearing phone conversations through the PCs if my Hosts don't think to turn this off ahead of time.

We record meetings though, so am wondering about the impact of telephony settings.

Thoughts or best practices?
