Advanced Reporting using Quiz Questions/Answers

A client has requested some unique reports using a non-graded quiz (survey). They have requested that we build the quiz in Adobe Captivate.

The quiz has 6 questions related to participants demographic information, including their state, emergency response disciplines (i.e. police, firefighters, etc), and other information. They want to be able to run a report in Adobe Connect that will tell them how many individuals from a given state are police or firefighters, or medical examiners, etc.

I can tell right now how many people answered they are from WI, for example, or how many people said they are police. But I can't find a way to report on how many people said they are both from WI and police.

Is there any advanced filtering or reporting that would allow this?

Or additionally, are there some fields in the CSV data you can download that I'm missing that would allow me to generate this type of report?
