Getting an error going to certificate after a Training course is taken

Has anyone gotten this message?  We set up a training and a certificate to print/display after the course is taken.

NOT FOUND
THE SELECTED RESOURCE DOES NOT EXIST.

What can we do to view the certificate after taking a course?
