Diagnostics page from IE fails on Windows 8.1

We're seeing an unusual issue and wondering if anyone else has seen it. On Windows 8.1 computers connected to a known-good network (sustained 50Mbps speed tests in both directions), using Internet Explorer to access the Connect Diagnostics page on our on-prem servers often fails at step 3 with the error "Your Connection is slow." Using Chrome or Firefox from the same computer works fine and accurately reports the robust network.

The only unusual variable in this scenario is that our on-prem Connect servers use RTMPS instead of RTMP. If I visit Adobe's Diagnostics page (https://na1cps.adobeconnect.com/common/ … g_test.htm) from the same computer using IE (or Chrome or Firefox), the test runs fine and reports the robust network. So the issue only happens when using IE to our RTMPS-only server.

Does anyone else have a secure meeting (RTMPS) Test Page that I can test against?

Thanks.

Chris, I think we have the same issue...on-premise, rtmps://
Feel free to try the test at http://links.asu.edu/ACtest
And "Send Results"... I'd like to know.  And you'll get the auto-responder I have in Outlook... have to edit it to reflect the new-found knowledge.

(Would that cause audio issues, if it can, in fact, connect to a room?)
