Upgrade plan

Dear all

I need you help with the upgrade plan

we have Adobe Connect 7.5 we need to upgrade to 9

is there any steps we should follow ?

we need all data from 7.5 to work with v9

In SAP Support i can only find Adobe Connect 9 so it possible to upgrade ?

or can we do SQL backup and then restore it on on Adobe Connect 9?

There is an upgrade path that you will need to take, and it may take a bit of planning on your end about what steps will work and make the most sense for your environment. Since we don't know where you are planning to upgrade to (9.4 is the current version) it's hard to say what steps will be the most logical.

Start here, http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/9.0 … stall.pdf, with the installation guide for 9.4 and check the Preparing to Migrate section for the versions you can upgrad to 9.4 from. Then work backward through the desired versions untill you get to one that states you can start with 7.5.
